Kanye West and the “Saint Pablo Tour” made their way to Chicago, less than a week after a family emergency forced the rescheduling of two shows.

During his Meadows Music and Arts Festival performance on Sunday, Kanye was pulled off stage after he learned Kim Kardashian West was robbed at her private apartment in Paris.

After learning the news, Kanye made the difficult decision to reschedule his Philadelphia and Detroit shows until December to spend time with Kim.

On Friday, he returned to the stage in his hometown to a warm and welcoming crowd. Kanye told them “It’s good to be home.”

He treated the crowds at both the United Center and Allstate Arena to energy-filled shows. Kanye also added “New Slaves” for the fans in attendance along with performing his other hits.

Vic Mensa was at the first of two shows and joined fans in the general admission crowd. Frank Ocean attended the second show and was spotted by fans.

Kanye treated the crowd to a short three-minute speech during his concert on Saturday, where he told them “I see our future in all of your eyes tonight, I see the vision.”

Backstage at the shows Kanye was joined by friends GLC, Really Dee Williams and DJ Pharris.
